We have seen that Guatemalan coffee is world wide appreciated for its quality, taste, aroma and body. Guatemala offers many varieties of coffee, grown at different altitudes, climates and soils, this is what makes Guatemalan coffee unique. We, at Pajarito US, would like to offer our customers, from big companies and corporations to coffee roasters and coffee shops, all these different varieties by creating a bridge between farmers and our customers. Our story started when we started tasting different cups of coffee around Guatemala and realized all these differences that made coffee different at different locations in the country.This brought a great idea and we started networking and finding the best lands from where we supply and source our customers according to the profile they are looking for. Now, we continue selecting the best farms and labeling them as part of the 8 KEY COFFEE REGIONS IN GUATEMALA where our customers are able to find premium coffee with traceability, sustainability and responsibility to the communities until it arrives at its destination or the table of that coffee shop or roastery.
